Welcome to FaithCore Lab. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FaithCore Lab website, online learning platform, curriculum, educational resources, downloadable materials, subscriptions, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or Services.

1. About FaithCore Lab

FaithCore Lab provides Christ-centered educational curriculum, courses, resources, and related services for Christian schools, homeschool families, churches, educators, parents, and students.

2. Eligibility and Accounts for Minors

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products, enter into a licensing agreement, or create an administrator account. FaithCore Lab’s curriculum is designed for use by students under 18, including children under 13.

• Students under 18 may only access the Services through an account created and supervised by a parent, legal guardian, teacher, or authorized educational institution. FaithCore Lab does not knowingly permit a child to create their own account or independently register for the Services.
• Schools and homeschool parents/guardians are responsible for supervising student use and for obtaining any consent required by law before a student under 13 accesses the Services, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
• If FaithCore Lab becomes aware that a child under 13 has created an account without appropriate parental or school authorization, we will take reasonable steps to deactivate the account and delete associated personal information.

3. Intellectual Property

All content available through FaithCore Lab — including curriculum, lesson plans, assessments, teacher editions, student editions, videos, graphics, templates, downloads, logos, trademarks, designs, and website content — is owned by or licensed to FaithCore Lab and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

Your purchase or license grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials as permitted by your subscription or license agreement. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, redistributed, sold, sublicensed, or publicly displayed without FaithCore Lab’s prior written permission, except as expressly permitted under your license.

4. Permitted Use

You may use FaithCore Lab materials only for their intended educational purpose and only within the scope of your purchased license. Schools, homeschool families, churches, and individual users must comply with the specific licensing terms applicable to their subscription or purchase.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense FaithCore materials outside your licensed scope.
• Upload teacher editions, assessments, answer keys, or other proprietary materials to public websites, file-sharing services, or any platform outside your licensed learning environment.
• Copy or create a competing curriculum derived from FaithCore materials.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise harvest content from the Website.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or normal operation of the Website or Services.

6. Artificial Intelligence

Unless expressly authorized in writing by FaithCore Lab, you may not use FaithCore curriculum or proprietary materials to train, fine-tune, benchmark, populate, or otherwise develop artificial intelligence systems or competing educational products. You may not upload proprietary FaithCore materials into any AI platform for redistribution, model training, or commercial use.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. FaithCore Lab reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or an applicable licensing agreement.

8. Purchases and Subscriptions

Certain products and services are offered through recurring subscriptions. Pricing, renewal terms, cancellation policies, and refund eligibility are described at the time of purchase and may be updated from time to time. Digital products are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

9. Availability

We strive to provide reliable access to our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. FaithCore Lab may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Website or Services at any time for maintenance, updates, security, or other operational reasons.

10. Third-Party Services

FaithCore Lab provides educational resources intended to support Christian education. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, standardized test performance, college admission, employment, ministry success, or individual spiritual growth. Educational outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including student effort, instructional quality, parental or teacher involvement, and individual circumstances.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FaithCore Lab disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FaithCore Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Website or Services. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, FaithCore Lab’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to FaithCore Lab during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FaithCore Lab, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

15. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on our Website infringes your copyright, contact us at legal@faithcorelab.com with a description of the work, its location on our Website, and your contact information. We will investigate and respond in good faith.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

FaithCore Lab may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
